Kelly Driver - Tree Salesman
1917

Nurseryman of the year
Eric Walker presents Bert the 2004 Crystal Award
Tennessee Young Nurseryman of the Year

In 1917, Uncle Kelly Driver traveled through the hills of the Upper Cumberland selling fruit and shade trees from door to door. He provided an invaluable service to the good folks of Tennessee; in fact, that giant oak tree in Grandma's yard might have come from Uncle Kelly. Today, you can still find quality trees and plants at Bert Driver Nursery – located three miles west of Smithville at the old DeKalb Drive-In Theater.

The James G. "BoBo" Driver Family – providing a service to our community for over 80 years. It is part of heritage and we hope you can visit us real soon.

Thank you,
James Bert Driver, Owner
